What standards can I expect?

Barratt Sales and Lettings Limited are members of ARLA – The Association of Residential Lettings Agents (M0191452), The Property Redress Scheme (PRS004019), The Client Money Protection Scheme and the DPS (security deposit scheme). Nicole has gained the NFOPP Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Letting & Property Management assuring that as an agent we meet industry standards.

Who will manage my property?

Barratt Sales and Lettings Limited will manage your property. We have many years’ experience in the construction and property industry so you can trust that your property is in good hands. All contractors used are local and are vetted according to the relevant construction industry standards.

How do my rights differ using a local online agent?

The good news is online estate agents are governed by the same regulations that cover high street estate agents. Barratt Lettings Ltd offer full protection to landlords and tenants alike, just look at the logos and click if you require any more information.

How will my property be marketed?

Barratt Sales and Lettings Limited will promote your property on all of the main property portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla and Primelocation, plus other smaller sites of interest. So no different from the high street estate agent.

Who carries out the viewings?

At Barratt Sales and Lettings Limited we personally carry out 100% of all viewings. Our agents have extensive knowledge of the local area (schools etc.) and we know the local rental market, this ensures you get the maximum rent for your property.

What are the hours of business?

Barratt Sales and Lettings Limited working hours are not limited to shop opening times and we are always at the end of the phone, we find this increases the time we have to manage & let your property. This also means we can accommodate property viewings outside of normal office hours as we know that the first two weeks of marketing are the most crucial to get the property let quickly.

What technology do we use?

Being a hybrid agent we use the latest technology to bring our customers a service to be proud of. Our use of technology enables us to provide a seamless transaction for the professional tenant and enables us to concentrate on the more important things, like maintaining your property and tenants.
